  • El Estado debe garantizar la implementación de la Ley de Educación Sexual Integral en todo el territorio argentino.

  • Es necesario que las instancias gubernamentales incorporen el principio de transparencia activa y publiquen proactivamente la planificación y ejecución presupuestarias.

  • Evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa sobre la implementación de la EIS en todas las provincias del país. Evaluar qué contenido es transmitido a niños, niñas y adolescentes y en qué materias, si se trabaja el tema desde la educación inicial, si se reproduce el enfoque biologicista, si se reproduce la heteronorma y si se transmite información sobre la interrupción legal del embarazo.
